Overview of Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. According to our business terms and conditions, our customers must cover the costs of returning the items. Opened packs cannot be returned.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 259, Beaconsfield, Victoria, 3807. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at hello@mineralcraft.co.

Refunds

Please notify us if you wish to obtain a refund by emailing hello@mineralcraft.co.

We have a no fuss policy and simply require you to email us within 30 days of your purchase and state the reason for the request. We will notify you once we’ve received your email and / or inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
