Shipping Policy

Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rate is a flat $10 charge and does not vary based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:

• Australia Metro Areas: 2–5 business days

• Australia Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.)

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. But, we will always help to resolve any issues that we can.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help.
